Because this was not a scheduled visit, this provider saw me in place of my Primary. She was thoughtful. kind, knowledgeable and a good listener. She explained her experience; clearly had read my chart and made me feel at ease.

After 20 years of trust and superior care with my previous PCP, I was quite anxious about transferring to a new PCP, due to my Dr leaving.
