She instilled confidence in her professional knowledge. She was engaged, respectful, very focused on the procedure and its data. However, there was minimal "bedside manner" and no apparent sense of humor. This was regrettable, because the neurological test was sometimes painful and generally stressful. A human connection would have helped.

She spoke quickly, barely made eye contact. Felt dismissed

I would like to say that I appreciate everything Dr Suneja did to make me feel as comfortable with my situation as possible. He was extremely kind, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I was following his explanations in the most genuine manner.

He was fantastic, even beyond my expectation. I was there for a broken wrist and had questions related to orthopedics and my knees, and he was just unbelievable and took extraordinary amount of time, and I felt very confident about the care of my wrist and just the care in general. [redacted] I just wanted to leave a message to say that I really was thrilled with the care.

Because the surgeon who did the surgery dies not do virtual appointments, and because making a trip to Boston for a follow-up appointment, this provider did the follow-up by Zoom instead. I had xrays and photos of the incision sites sent in advance. He had looked at them before our appointment and was completely knowledgeable about me. I greatly appreciated this work-around.

I was thrilled with the quality of care I received, even though I wasn't thrilled to be in this situation. The doctor's resident was fabulous, too. Everyone with whom I met was smart, thoughtful and attentive. Thank you!

Yeah, Dr. Suneja, excuse me, he's the best. He's very thoughtful, he listens, and also his PA, I think it's [redacted], is top-notch. They're both very top-notch providers, and I'm very blessed to have them on board for my orthopedic needs. Thank you.

Dr. Suneja operated on me when other surgeon's said my situation was inoperable. As he explained to me afterward, without surgery I would have been unable to walk and would likely have been in intractable pain. As far as I am concerned, he saved my life, and I will be eternally grateful!

Dr Suneja is the best of the best! I had a high energy fall on my left arm. My arm looked absolutely horrible so the doctor operated on it for 8 hours. He saved the arm and I can play piano again. He is also a wonderful and very caring human being.
