This was my first appointment with a cardiologist. Dr. Patel sat with me and explained everything about my echocardiogram and, with his calm demeanor, he showed me videos and pictures of my echocardiogram and explained exactly what was happening in my heart. He put my mind at rest about needing imminent surgery and gave me a prognosis of possibly needing it in a couple of years. He also ordered a CT scan to make sure my arteries are ok and ordered another echocardiogram for next year before I see him again. He was patient and answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time with me.

Dr Patel provided a lot of important information about what I am going through. He was clear and easy to understand. He took his time and made sure I had all of my concerns addressed

They also showed an animated version of procedure which helped to clarify their descriptions. They spoke but listened attentively to my questions & answered that I asked. When we left the appointment we had an important decision but we had all the knowledge of what each choice meant, which was a great help.

Dr. Patel and Dr. [redacted] were amazing. Such kindness and caring during the visit. We discussed everything that would take place during my procedure. Dr Patel was very well informed and experienced he spent time asking questions and invited me to also ask questions and listened to my concerns. Very professional and down to earth. I'm very pleased he'll be doing my sugergy.

She was very efficient. She asked me if I had allergies and she wasn't aware of it and she went looking in the chart and found something. So I did not end up with the procedure that day. I had to come back because I did have a reaction.

Dr. Patel was professional, yet engaging with his conversation. Easy to understand and spoke on a level everyone could understand. Did not rushed at any time. My appointment was for 8:45, and I was finished and home by 10:45. Such a well run office.
