She's very attentive, responds quickly, hears me, and works very well with sometimes my crazy recommendations. However, there is always guidance, there's always professionalism, there's always, always an academic excellence when she's explaining what maybe I may think is simple, but could be, you know, major to someone else. Overall, I'm just super happy with my doc.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the staff in this office. I recently lost my mother and so had the nurse, and she actually offered to give me a hug which she did. What a wonderful and beautiful person. She was also a great nurse. I would like to add that the doctor was outstanding. I have never met such a kind person and so smart.

Dr. Fontaine is an excellent doctor. I appreciate the thorough physicals and attention paid during the exam to the information in my medical records. Recommendations for improving health are given and interim followups scheduled when necessary. The exam notes are complete, accurate, and cover everything that was done.

Dr Fontaine was terrific! She had reviewed the questionnaire I completed before my visit and she was great in addressing my concerns and even provided me with written information that reinforced what we discussed about a specific concern I had described on the questioner.

Did not seem to be listening to what I had to say or to understand my concerns. Questioned recommendations of specialists. Changed a medication prescribed by another provider by calling in new Rx without discussing with me during visit.

Dr. Fontaine was the best I could imagine for helping me with my 86-year-old mother, shepherded my mom through a series of choices about the right care for her, shepherded my mom and me. She was just stellar and she was not even my mom's doctor. She was stepping in for Dr. [redacted] because she was seeing my mom kind of on an urgent emergency basis. I am so grateful. We are so grateful. Thank you so much, Dr. Fontaine.

Dr. Fontaine is very intelligent. I think she's a great doctor. The only thing I don't like about Mass General is they will never give you a new psychiatrist. I'm not happy with my psychiatrist.
