Nicole is an Assistant Professor in Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and an attending physician in pediatric emergency medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). Nicole completed her residency in pediatrics at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, where she also served as chief resident. She went on to complete her fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. Her work focuses on improving the quality and equity of care provided by reducing unnecessary variation and provider burden, largely through the development and implementation of clinical guidelines. She serves as the Associate Chief and Chair of Quality and Safety for the MGH Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine as well as the Vice Chair of Quality and Safety for the MGH Emergency Department.
