Dr. BuSaba (and his PA) are really excellent medical providers. I was so impressed that I told my wife I will never leave Massachusetts because the medical care I receive from many specialties at MGH is uniformly top notch. Dr. BuSaba is a wonderful Doctor who explained things to me in detail. His detailed office note on Gateway allowed me to refresh my memory of the treatment recommendations.

After other providers had been unable to diagnose the cause of my sinus issue, Dr. BuSaba figured out what was wrong and quickly referred me to the physician who could treat it. Since then, he has followed up to make sure I am getting the best possible care. He is an outstanding doctor!

The care provider or the doctor is great. Dr. Busaba, he is good. He's careful, doing the best that he can do it. It's just his nursing staff, the last visit that I made, she was good. But all the previous ones, they completely love these staff. They have such a hard time getting my record. Mass General in general needs to get better at getting the records. It took me forever to And some of the staff, they would not even cooperate. It was just horrible experience. The doctor is wonderful, so I'm bearing with it as a general compromise.

Was treated with kindness & respectfully.. An tech came into room first to tell me he read my last report from a eye, nose & throat specialist who was my MD before he recently retired.. Found out today from Dr. Nicolas Bu-Saba that I did not have a sinus infection or condition that was giving me headaches & blocking info of oxygen.. Quite surprised. Told me I had a definite nasal blockage which would require surgery..At my age not an option for me.. Thus prescribed two nose stays to open up passages & get an allergy exam He was outstanding as he called me that PM to review any questions..Above & Beyond!!!!

Dr. BuSaba prescribed two nasal sprays that have been very helpful for my post-nasal drip but so far, I still have a terrible cough (Since Covid). I will begin using my humidifier soon and hopefully, this will help to reduce my cough.

he didn't really listen too much of what I had to say about how bad it's been and that it suddenly started to get better and now I get to see him so all he sees is that it looks somewhat close to normal which it isn't when I go home and live.

Yeah, so I think overall, it was a nice experience. I did feel like the provider knew what they were talking about. And they were very accommodating when they were doing the medical procedure for me. But I think I would have helped. So let's say their evaluation was a bit of the sort, we don't have anything wrong with you for this specific issue. So where we are suspecting this other lesser severe issue be. I think it would have been nicer to like, perhaps give I mean, I understand perhaps they cannot really give a diagnosis of what the possibilities can be, but for me personally, it would have helped to say, okay, if in two months, okay, this allergy medication works, this is what we will suspect it is, in that case, it is allergies. Instead of just saying, just try this and come back, and it could be many things that I'm worrying about, perhaps telling me that we think it's either A or B, and by doing this medication, we will rule out B or A, or both of them, I don't know. So it would have helped a bit to know

I do like Dr. BuSaba and am confident in the treatment plan he is setting out for me. I'm a little disappointed (but understand) he cannot perform my surgery if needed but believe he will put me in best care, and hope to be able to continue my follow up with BuSaba.

He's always been attentive, and in fact, so attentive that he has actually called me himself to discuss information that came to his office from another doctor because he was concerned. Dr listened carefully to all my comments and answered all my questions and was very patient explaining all I was to do and how to take the prescription medications he prescribed.

Dr. Busaba is a very special Dr. He is not only pleasant . He is very thorough and available should you would need to call him. I feel very fortunate that I am under his care. .

It was good that the doctor brought in the surgeon who might actually do the actual incision surgical if necessary. But between the two of them after investigation, they believe that the best option is to try to do it without surgery, and I agreed with that. So that is the course we're following right now. We're trying to clear the infection, which is isolated infection and the sinuses without surgery. So I'm working on that right now. Thank you very much. Goodbye.
