He was very kind and respectful. His advice was very clear and he was very patient.

This doctor gave me an excellent evaluation for my condition. He seemed very professional and bright, testing my hand grip strength, shoulder and back strength all areas that pertained to my cervical strain. He was treating me holistically from what I could tell. He knew about my health history and prescribed medications based on my current physical state. He offered me Physical Therapy which was so necessary due to my compromised neck injury. He was a serious doctor with seemingly good expertise. I felt as though I had a thorough evaluation and I appreciated the urgent appointment given.

He was excellent. It was my first time meeting him as my doctor. I had left last year and I was given him as my new PCP. I was very happy and comfortable with him. He was very attentive, listened to everything that I had to say and try to find a solution. So I was very, very much happy with the service that I was provided.

Dr Sainz-Rueda is caring, and always attends to my medical questions/ conditions. He is an amazing Dr!

This is a new primary care physician for me. [redacted] Dr. nestor was very nice and thorough. He didn't spend as long with me as Dr. [redacted] used to, but I assume it was because he had to spend a good portion of the time allotted to me to review my file, which it was very clear he had done. He helped me get referrals for an MRI that I need and a gynecologist. I really appreciate that. I also like that he was so punctual. [redacted] I really appreciate Dr. Nestor's careful concern for me at this appointment.

Dr. Rueda was great. He stepped in when my general practitioner was unavailable and he was extremely thorough and we discussed all kinds of different ailments and he made the right referrals for me and when I got feedback from the specialist, I have to see now that we know what the issue is, he obviously agreed with all of the outcome.

This was my first visit to Dr. Rueda. He was asssigned to me (and me to him) after my own long-time PCP retired. Dr, Rueda was very nice and professional but it will take some time to get use to a new PCP.

Dr. Saw me on a timely basis was not late as some physicians have been.

Good 'bedside manner', listened well, asked follow up questions, answered mine, very kind. Did not mention that sample from wound would be sent for culture, so I sent my follow up questions before I received his follow up letter with culture results. If I was aware that culture was being done, I would have just waited a bit longer. Not a big deal, just minor communication issue.

Yes, I found Dr. Nestor to be very competent, friendly, and listened to me. And to be honest, I was a little surprised. He's such a good doctor. I'd never met him, but he was referred to me by a nurse, [redacted] That's all I have to say for right now.

It's always a pleasure and Dr. Rueda is very professional. He's very careful. He's very attentive. He always knows everything before. He knows everything that was going on between me and other doctors. His recommendations are on top. He is excellent. I would recommend him to anybody. It's a very good feeling to know that you're in the hands of a caring, kind, and hopefully, and I feel he is, and very experienced, excellent physician. The nurses, I've known many for years going to Mass General for a long time, are the best money can buy. Let me put it to you that way. Very experienced, wonderful girls. That's all. When I first met Dr. Nestor,I was taken off guard when he did a cognitive,and separate strength test,as I did not expect that at all!! However,the follow up from him & his staff,was phenomenal!! Also,when Dr. Nestor sent me a letter outlining & explaining my blood work,and cognitive and strength test in detail,everything all made sense. His expertise,knowledge,and explanation of what all the separate blood tests,cognitive & strength test was superb. As well as his postive comments about my diet,& swimming,exercise program. Still on medicines and cough hasn't gone away. The doctor did do the X-rays for my concerns which I appreciated very much and everything was negative

It was nice meeting with the doctor for the first time I felt comfortable and relaxed with my experience with him. Look forward to more visits.

Hi, this provider wrote a report very quickly the same night that the x-rays were done and the blood was drawn and gave me a very thorough explanation of the findings. He recommended some stretches to help with my headaches and they are definitely helping. So that was great. And he also scheduled some MRIs that I think will give us a clearer picture about what additional steps we can take to completely eliminate the headaches in the future. So yeah, thank you very much. Dr. and [redacted] did a great job.

Productive visit

I met Dr. Nestor for the first time. I was very impressed. He had obviously read my file in detail. He seems a perfect fit for me in every way.

Grateful they took the time to see when i needed it.

He brushed off what I had to say. He stubbornly repeated the points he wanted to make. He rushed me out of the office.

What a kind, informed and smart doctor. I've never been welcomed so well, inviting me to tell him ab myself so he could remember me. Gave me excellent care and guidelines to recover, including appropriate meds that did not interact w meds I am taking. He is great!

Dr. Sainz Rueda was clearly well prepared, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind, respectful, while also being warm and friendly. I would be happy to be assigned to see him again at any time in the future if my PCP Dr. [redacted] is not available.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nestor. He had never met me before, but he had spent 45 minutes looking through my records, which were recent records, which were very complex, and explained everything very, very well to me and my son. I appreciated his help and thought that he was very efficient, very kind, and very knowledgeable. And I appreciated being seen by him.

My exposure to this provider was very brief and was only to have a culture sample taken. Nevertheless, the experience was excellent and the provider was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
