Dr. Neda was absolutely amazing! She listened to my concerns and gave me the full treatments based on where I was having symptoms. She did dismiss my concerns. She also has a wonderful energy that made me feel calm.

I had the same Dermatologist from my youth through his retirement. His replacement and office staff Ignored my calls and pleas for very concerning signs and symptoms until I contacted my original Dermatologist's RN. Her advocacy may have saved my life for what ultimately required significant Oncology intervention. It is a blessing that I have been referred to Dr Shahriari for her Oncology expertise, competence, optimism , and kindness. Our visits are lively and respectful as she listens, is attentive and generous with information.

Dr. Shahriari is definitely one of the best doctors I've ever had for a number of reasons. Number one, she's incredibly warm and knowledgeable about her work. Number two, she makes you feel like she really cares about your health and cares to take care of you and make sure that you're happy and you feel healthy. Number three, she researches very well all of the options for you and understands as soon as you walk in the room what your background is. She doesn't have to ask a ton of questions about your current health status or the things that have been going on because she does her homework. And finally, she just has an amazing, as I mentioned in the beginning, bedside manner. She's very professional, but also very kind and sweet and always in a very happy mood, which, you know, creates a nice vibe when you're at the doctor and you're already stressing about things. So I give her the highest recommendation possible. I think she's one of the best doctors that there is in Durham, but also just in anything. And I've had many doctors in my life.
