Re visiting MGH Boston: it could be much better if MGH provide many more public bike racks around the campus for the visiting public. Currently the cages are reserved to employees and the open racks are too few.

The physician that I saw, the heart surgeon, he was phenomenal. In over 60 years of being around, I don't think I've met a more empathetic, caring, listening doctor of the hundreds I've had. I was very impressed with him and he certainly... I was very impressed with the whole hospital. Certainly very lucky to have him also.

I was recommended to use Dr. Langer for this surgery by my cardiologist, Dr. [redacted] And I think she was right. I just met him once over the phone, but he seems like a very intelligent man. He is actually one of the guys that does the type of heart valve that I need to have in place. And he was perfectly gentle on me on the phone. Everything went well. He answered my questions. I answered his. And we're looking forward to seeing each other. It's probably him more than me, but, you know, he's good.
