Came early for an injection and CNA informed me they are done at conclusion of visit. I had communicated this to my PCP in advance of the visit and she approved it. Instead, I had to wait on the other side of a petition wall while the employee was speaking to her child and caretaker on the phone. When my PCP asked how the injection went, I informed her that it was not done. I was immediately given the injection at that point.
