The doctor was very thorough and asked questions as needed.

Dr. Pettinari is the best, most caring doctor one could ever hope to have. I went through many before finding her 30 years ago. I don't even live in New Hampshire any more, but I'm unwilling to give her up so I drive hours to her office. I don't know what I will do if and when she ever retires.

My visits with this Provider have always been extremely helpful. She's very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

She is wonderful. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to reach her because of the barriers posed by nurses who respond to telephone calls or posts on the website. I am also not able to reach Meredith, Dr. Pettinari's assistant, who has also known me for years and has proven able to get answers when I need them.

I have numerous friends trying to get a PCP through MassGen but there are none available and they have been told to go to the ED. The ED is NOT for routine medical care. You need to hire lots more PCP's to care for our community.
