There was construction happening on the roof of the building during my appointment and it made me very anxious. The doctor was extremely sensitive to my needs and I didn't have to do anything if I didn't want to. And I really appreciate that. He really listened to me. Thank you.

[redacted] Dr. Nandi and Nurse [redacted] were so kind, and they listened to me on my first explanation of the issues I've been having--I was prepared to have to explain every symptom in detail to convince them that there was an issue, and I didn't have to because they both believed me right away. Dr. Nandi was very patient, and she explained clearly what might be going on for me and different things we could do to try to address it. I felt informed and taken seriously and very relieved. Dr. Chihombori-Quao was awesome in every aspect. She was very warm and personable, first of all, and put me at ease. She was very familiar with my issues, even though this was my first time seeing her. She knew why I was there, and understood my past experience. We discussed the options, which in my case, is to have the procedure that I tried to do before but was too painful, done under a light sedative. I was so relieved and she was so reassuring. it is important that I get it done, but I was very scared to do it again. I totally trust her, and felt like she genuinely cared about me. She was also right on time (and as I said, prepared) and didn't do what some doctors do - talk about other patients at length and not my specific case. She really was great. So glad to be able to see her.

I felt like my appointment was extremely rushed, [redacted]. Quick breast exam, said she was ordering and ultrasound and left. Didn't have a real chance to speak about all the issues I've had or ask questions regarding the area that was in question

Dr CQ was very prompt, listened and took exceptional care with me. I need up having a minor health problem but she explained the commonality of this with many women and put me at great ease. She is very attentive and cares about my issues and. needs

My doctor, Dr. Nandi, is excellent. She makes me feel so safe. She's so kind and attentive. I just am so glad that I was able to find her and that I can come to her and feel safe and confident in my treatment. She's excellent and I would recommend her to anyone.

It was clear that my appointment was being rushed through; it was a Friday afternoon before a three-day weekend. The provider was 30 minutes late to the appt. She rushed through the appointment and was dismissive about my concerns; I was referred due to having fibroids diagnosed, and I felt that I could not discuss this during the appt. I was looking for more information to better understand the diagnosis, and I felt dismissed because mine were not "as big as footballs" and because I declined a medication. I also tried to bring up a concern regarding family medical history and felt like it was an inconvenience to her that I asked; it seemed like it was just preventing her from being able to rush through a pap smear so she could leave. This was my first time meeting with Dr. Chihombori-Quao and she was so pleasant. She listened attentively, asked follow-up questions and made suggestions. She was patient and kind which was very welcoming.

Dr. Quao was dismissive and borderline rude when I asked some medical questions. I did receive accurate care, testing, and diagnosis for my infection which I very much appreciate. However, her bedside manner could use some work. It was the end of the day and it seemed as though she was ready to check out for the day. I will note she is not my usual provider and I took the appointment because she was available when I needed to be seen and for that I am thankful.

My provider was really, really kind and helpful and did a really good job. But the appointment was so fast that I wasn't, I said that I was feeling anxious and I wasn't really able to understand what was happening as it was going by so fast. She was doing everything to explain everything to me, but it still felt like it was happening really fast.

I have had Dr. Chihombori-Quao (Dr CQ) for several years now and just adore her. [redacted] While it's preferable to have a doctor you work and communicate well with, I think it's even more important when it's a doctor regarding intimate areas -- a gynecologist. Dr. CQ puts you at ease. She's warm, personable, open and thoughtful. She explains things well, adds further clarity when needed, welcoming questions or concerns. I have told friends & family about her in case they were in need of a new GYN doctor.
