Dr. Mutinga was wonderful. He was very comfortable to talk with, took time to listen to all my questions and his responses were very informative and based on current research. I felt much better positioned to make good decisions about my conditions. He made sure that I knew I could communicate with him thru the patient portal and he would respond. I felt very much supported. His closing comment, "We will take care of you." meant a lot to me.

He is an amazing doctor and care giver. I realize his schedule is very tight but he never, ever makes me feel rushed or that he is not focused entirely on me and my health. He offered many possible solutions and ideas, knew me and my information even though I have only seen him 3 times, he is incredibly and personally responsive on the portal to questions and concerns. It is a long wait, but worth the wait.

I've been working with Dr. Mutinga for many years. When my GI specialist left B&W for another position, I read reviews of the remaining B&W GI specialists. Dr. Mutinga received stellar reviews as a doctor but in some ways, more importantly, because of his caring manner.

Dr Mutinga was so kind. I have gone through a few GI specialists and he is one of the only ones who was listening to me and has come up with a plan for me. He was honest about his schedule and how far out he is booking but plans to communicate via patient gateway in the meantime. I am happy I was scheduled with him!

Provider was dealing with emergency before seeing me. Could be reason (he) didn't first realize I was a new patient. Also I noted one of my symptoms - he seemed to listen but was typing away throughout and asked me about - what I'd just explained. Otherwise professional, knowledgeable. I'd feel comfortable continuing with him and see how things go
