Dr. Mansour was extremely confident in his ability to address my Afib issues. presented multiple options and did not promise that any one of them would resolve the issue completely. It was obvious that he had reviewed my records from UofR and Crouse. We discussed a procedure date and he was most gracious in his closing remarks.

Very busy office and was seen in a timely way

Dr Mansour is an asset to your hospital. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but takes the time to explain and listen. He did an ablation in [redacted] and has continued to be part of my recovery process. There isn't enough time in the day to say all of the qualities that he has as a physician. I am proud to call him my cardiac physician and you should be proud to have them at your hospital.

The outside provider that was there from 12 to 7 between the nurses that came in and anything else were not as good as the nurses or the doctors on staff.

He was confident. He stated he was One of the first to bring the farapulse to US. He mentioned that offen his procedure could get me 10 years of success without AFIB. That's all great. He said he thought that my AFIB could be caused from working out too much much. He explained the j curve briefly. I feel like more info is required. I really am not an extreme marathoner. Perhaps I did workouts over 3 hours a week but typically less than 5 hours. I need more info on this cause.

I'm getting a hip replacement shortly and I wanted to get confirmation from the doctor who knows my heart ailments about the possibility of a successful outcome regarding the surgery.

I found the provider or the doctor to be rather cold and impersonal. [redacted] And I found that he treated me really just like a subject rather than a patient. So I have high confidence in his ability. I have high confidence in his way of analyzing symptoms and recommending treatments. But he doesn't inspire any form of relationship, any form of feeling like I'm being well cared for and certainly not the ability to ask questions. He is in many ways very intimidating. This may be his, I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I certainly just was not encouraged to explore my health with him. So there you have it. [redacted]

I would like to express my gratitude to Doctor Mansour and his team for the exceptional care provided to me, from initial diagnosis three months ago, follow up in every step in preparation for the procedure, the smooth and efficient procedure, and follow up afterwards.
