Dr Ling is one of the best providers I have ever had. He is thorough, kind, and detailed but explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He has a wonderful bedside manner and always listens to his patients.

All of my appointments with Dr. Ling have been phenomenal. He's incredibly empathetic. He listens. He's compassionate and willing and able to think outside of the box. He is extremely responsive and I have nothing but good things to say. He's an incredible provider for someone with complex care and I highly recommend him to anybody who has complex issues.

Dr. Ling was truly excellent during my visit and after. He took a long time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and discuss solutions with me. The doctor and nurses were both very knowledgeable and experienced. They helped explain some symptoms that had been bothering me for about 20 years.

Dr Ling is extremely attentive and knowledgeable.

He is thorough though often his notes about what i said aren't quite right. He was very fast in responding to a medical need that arose between my appointments, and in fact, was the one who identified what was wrong me by checking my records for recent lab work unrelated to his field. He went above and beyond to ID my problem that another doctor had missed. On the other side, he could explain things more clearly, less academically, and it's taking a long time for him to get to know me.

Dr Ling is an exceptional physician and an exceptional human being in his approach to me as a patient. I am now [redacted], and Dr. Ling's care of me in Immunology/Allergy over the past two years has been the best care I have received since being born with genetic pharmaceutical sensitivities and allergies. I am healthier with a better quality of life since being a patient of Dr. Ling. A truly masterful specialist in every way.
