I wish the doctor was closer to me because he was quite excellent. Bedside manner was fantastic which is Paramount to a patient. Explanations regarding my situation we're clear and concise. I felt heard. He explained my MRI results perfectly.

He was the best and experienced and he took me from 40% walking in pain through 90% relief he's the best I want to thank him very much for helping me I need to make an appointment the radiology vein clinic for the remaining muscle water clots that I have I want to thank him very much and all the stuff that was there were all very professional thanks again to all .!

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took time to explain his reasoning and recommendations, including next steps and reasons for further follow-up if needed.

I had a great experience

The visit went well. The doctor ordered a test and I am still waiting to hear from them about the test. [redacted]. The visit lasted no more than 15 minutes. (But it was great though.)

I appreciated my doctor's frank and clear communication. They prioritized following up with me the same day about my MRI results to talk about next steps. I also liked that they took my lifestyle into account when providing recommendations.

This was the most attentive team I have ever encountered. After the initial appointment, which was collegial, professional, and informative, I was referred for an MRI based on clinical diagnosis. In an effort to schedule, the first available was more than 3 weeks away. The team phoned me to inquire why the delay, and to assist in finding a sooner appt. I phoned the MRI center and got in same day

Ordered physical therapy before finding out if there is any tears. Concerned that would do more damage than good. Would rather ensure no further damage prior.

He was very kind and understanding

I came prepared to ask questions about my shoulder and options to correct. Dr Jones was attentive and listened to what I had to say and clearly answered my questions. There were parts of the surgery that I did not know about and we thoroughly went into detail about expectations and how to repair correctly. I felt comfortable with the quality of his answers and plan.

Doctor Jones was personable and approachable. He listened to my concerns and input, thoroughly examined my knee and explained his findings and recommendations. He also promptly followed up with me with the results of my MRI and treatment plan.

He was absolutely fantastic, listened very clearly, very well, explained very clearly, felt like all of my questions and concerns were answered and felt very good about talking to him and didn't feel rushed or weird at all. That's how it all began.

Dr. Jones was calm, professional--I like that he spoke about studies in people with my situation (atraumatic meniscus pain) and made a good plan.I like that he offered an MRI but said it would likely not change treatment--so we put it off for now.
