Great provider took her time and could tell she cared

  • Reviewed on 2/28/2026

She is amazing. Was completely satisfied with the visit.

  • Reviewed on 2/18/2026

Yes, so I feel the MS Clinic is wonderful. The people there really care. There was some confusion about my visit and who I was going to see. I didn't see my regular provider. I saw a new doctor who was wonderful, so that was not really a problem. There was just confusion about who I was seeing. I was introduced to a PA and then I didn't see her, and then I saw another doctor again who was wonderful. There was just confusion. That's all.

Dr. Baharnoori was just wonderful. She was very thorough and explained the next steps very well. I was impressed and feel I am in the most capable care. I was nervous as it was my first visit. The doctor was very compassionate.

Dr. Baharnoori was very attentive and it seemed apparent that she took the time to read through my scans, look through them, my case history, my care history, and was present with me as I explained my symptoms and lack thereof. I felt like I was in very capable hands.

  • Reviewed on 1/18/2026

Very attentive and happy with the next steps presented

I just really like my doctor. She is very good. I drive down from New Hampshire

  • Reviewed on 1/23/2026

Dr. Baharnoori was extremely considerate of my neurology appt. with her. I have a rare autoimmune condition with adjacent neurologic issues; she ruled somethings out, pointed me in the right direction for the next step in diagnosing and treating, and was compassionate and sincere in follow up after - how doctors should be - however, unfortunately, not how all of her colleagues are. Thankful I do not have MS, but I am confident her long-term patients are in excellent hands.

My provider was current on my medical history. My provider carefully listened to my existing health concerns. I did not feel rushed.

The doctor had great interest in what was happening to me. She explained everything efficiently and well above my head anyway. So I appreciate her and I'll go back.

This was my first time visiting the MS clinic at Brigham and Women's. I had a great experience all around. Very different than what I've experienced in the past with other providers. Thank you for all of that. I needed it.

Dr Baharnoori is a good listener, empathetic and smart. I never felt rushed and had a good understanding of her plan for me at the end of the appointment. The day after my appointment she called me with imaging results. I would enthusiastically recommend her to others.

My wife [redacted] who has MS and Dementia loves all the staff she encounters

  • Reviewed on 11/8/2025

She was beyond amazing. For someone that has been fighting for the correct care for a long time she brought up every concern before I even thought about it. She had first plans and secondary plans if the first ones did not work with even. She was beyond on top of everything and noticed things that others hadn't even when it was only my first appointment. I have never had a more attentive provider.

Dr. Baharnoori was really great to work with especially it being my first appointment and I had a lot of questions. She was very informative and helpful. She explained the treatment plan and put my mind at ease.

[redacted] She is very knowledgeable about multiple sclerosis. She told me things about MRI's I brought with me from 2013 and pointed out facts my original neurologist, never explained to me which is the reason I progressed.

After two years of trying to find a neurologist, I was so happy to experience the doctors I saw at MGB. They were thorough, caring, provided me with more time than any others have done, and their demeanors made me more comfortable to share difficult situations. They pointed me in helpful directions, giving me some hope for better outcomes.

The provider was dismissive. She did not listen, she interrupted me, and also simply said "No" to things I told her I was thinking about in terms of my symptoms. An absolute waste of time and she made me feel like I didn't matter. [redacted]
