Dr. Warren is a board certified pediatrician and faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is the medical director and creator of the Brigham and Women’s Transition to Home Program – an innovative program designed to support infants and their families upon discharge from the NICU as they transition into the home environment. Dr. Warren’s interests include the care of infants with medical complexities, high-risk feeding and nutrition support, and family-centered medical care in the NICU and after discharge. Dr. Warren is currently an Instructor in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.
