Dr. Balkin is quite attentive and listened to my concerns. This was my first physical with her so I wouldn't expect her to know my history (or ever! Isn't this why we have records? I have a hard time remembering my own health history.). She was great to chat with, I feel like she is proactive and a partner in my health. Really, a lovely appointment.

Dr. Balkan is always kind. She's informed. If she doesn't want to do something or if she thinks that it's not applicable to your situation, she will tell you. But she and her office staff are very organized. Things are always done in a timely manner. I'm very glad that she is my physician.

My experience with Dr. Balkin and her staff has been consistently positive. She is friendly, attentive, explains things clearly, follows up, and never makes me feel rushed. While there is a long wait for non-urgent care, this is still the best primary care experience I've had in decades.

She is very respectful and knowledgeable. I have recommended her to friends. Because she has such a good reputation in the community it's hard to get a new patient appointment with her.

Dr Balkin is knowledgable however she doesn't truly work with you as a patient. As a patient who feels they need more care in certain areas and needs the Dr to be an advocate she seems as if she doesn't want to help. She seems unfriendly and unwilling. I find her bedside manner unwelcoming. She is smart but not warm. Sometimes the patient knows their history and body better than a new doctor and the doctor should listen and work with the patient. Miranda Balkin, as always, was professional, on time, and listened to all my questions.

It was fine They were able to refer me to wound care and I got an appt. the next day. Wound care office they reveive a follow call from Oxbow making sure I had gotten an appt.

The care is great, but the staff is greatly understaffed. They need more people to work there. That's all I have to say.
