Michelle Helms is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. This was the second time I have been seen by her. She is very knowledgeable, really listens and is also kind, compassionate and caring. After my first experience with her which was a much more serious problem, I knew I would always want to see her for any future ones that needed a surgical consult.

Dr. Helms carefully reviewed and explained my scans, including related concerns not directly the target of the visit. She discussed the pros and cons of surgical options, and recommended that in my case, it would not be necessary. Going to see Dr. Helms was very helpful and it made me feel more comfortable knowing that I'm an employee and I see her on a daily basis and that she took such good care of me.

Provider was very thorough in explaining the causes of the condition, the surgical response and post surgical care. Specific detailed questions were also answered in like manner with no hesitancy or apparent rush. It was a calming response to a worrying condition.
