[redacted] I saw both Dr [redacted] and Dr Weil, Dr Weil being the managing doctor. This did not feel like a first appointment with a new medical team. Both doctors were just fantastic in terms of rapport, alignment, communication, seeking to understand current circumstances while making treatment adjustments that are in my best interests. Their knowledge and ability to explain it all in layperson's terminology was very clear. I specifically wanted to work with Mass General Brigham care providers when I looked to transfer my care. This experience validated my choice.

It was nice to see Dr. Weil again. She remembers other aspects of dental care in particular that had been postponed by me or whatever for my first reclass treatment I had accomplished in order to satisfy what she needed. And anyway, she remembers all of that and I appreciated it very much.

This provider is wonderful. She's extremely skilled and intelligent. She's very personable, yet professional. She really knows a lot about her field. She does both diabetic endocrinology and regular endocrinology. She helped me by I was going to be in one building but not near her in the diabetic endocrinology building and she actually dropped off medication for me, dropped off something I needed, dropped off, you know, in the endocrinology building that I could pick up from the nurse. So it was very, very helpful, else I wouldn't have been able to get it because I just couldn't walk that far and she was just really, really sweet and she ?

[redacted] I was dealing with a new very scary non-diabetes related health issue, but a recurrence of cancer actually, and was terrified. And I just, I would have liked a little more compassion, that's all. [redacted]

Dr. Weil explained the importance of keeping my bones healthy in light of the meds I'm taking post lung transplant. She explained what would happen should my bones weaken and explained clearly why I need continued calcium medication.
