Dr. Gadd was very informative and helpful in discussing my treatment. She was very thorough and also took the time to call me twice after the appointment with updates. We found her very warm and supportive. I feel lucky to have had time with her.

So far, my experience with the hospital, all the staff and Dr. Gad was excellent, but it's just been very limited to date. I was only there once and for a brief time.

This was my first visit w/ dr Gadd. She had read my record and reviewed my previous tests. She carefully reviewed w/ me all the information from the tests (which I did not totally understand). I thought my appointment went very well however I was disappointed by follow up to an MRI I had. I did not get a call back OR a patient gateway result of the test. I only knew there was an additional problem when the booking administrator called to book follow up tests.

Yes, each and every contact that I've ever had with this provider, Dr. Gadd, has been exceptional. She is a thorough, precise, knowledgeable, and professional physician I've ever had contact with. I can't say enough about her. She's God's gift to cancer. And I tell everybody I know how wonderful Dr. Gadd is. It's unfortunate that more doctors aren't exactly like her. My appointment was a consultation about standard of care and treatment options. The provider was well informed about surgical aspects of my care but less willing to discuss other aspects of my treatment options. Understandable, I guess, but I was looking for a broader discussion than I wound up having.

Very helpful, transparent and kind

Astonishing to be in a well thought-through, compartment, kind coherent and yet technically advanced system. Each person appeared to be at ease in their role- suggesting stage workload was appropriate. There was a wee glitch with the liaison nurse misunderstanding that I was upset with my diagnosis not my provider. But that was minor and easily resolved.

Only thing I thought odd was there was no gauze to dress my wound. And they expected me to use the dressing taken off my wound for the examination for re-dressing it

Efficient calm manner

The provider got me in in a very expedited way. She put me in in between surgeries. She is very respectful, timely. She was excellent, understood the urgency that I felt or had. Understanding that finding a lump is extremely disconcerting and fearful for people, even though she sees this every day. I felt very reassured and that she prioritized my feelings and my need to be seen, as well as some follow up questions I had and other information. She was just outstanding.

Everyone was wonderful. However, somehow only my initial mammogram was obtained from Emerson Health. The 2nd mammogram and an ultrasound was not available to Dr. Gadd during my visit. As a result, Dr. Gadd did not have the data she needed for an effective visit. However, we agreed on a plan to communicate via patient portal.
