He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He obviously had reviewed my medical records before my consultation. Explained everything very effectively and I very much look forward to the continuation of my medical treatment with Dr. Plocienniczak.

Very thorough exam, understanding of my symptoms, explanation of the probable cause and options for treatment. Dr. Plocienniczak encouraged me to reach out to him on Patient Gateway or by phone if I had any questions, and/or to report on the success of the recommended treatment plan.

Honestly I'm always impressed with care at your hospitals but the voice center and, in particular, Dr. P, were phenomenal. Dr. P was probably one of the best doctors I've seen, ever. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. He made me feel in control of what happened during the visit without making me feel like I had to be the expert (which can happen!). He was knowledgeable about preexisting health issues I deal with and was so good about making sure I was confortable for the scope. He was incredibly kind about my disability accommodations and was so flexible to make sure every visit can be as safe as possible for me. 10/10, wish Dr. P was a PCP because I'd kill for a doctor like him to help coordinate all of my medical care. I've already recommended him to many other people. Also, I trust him. If he says I need a scan or procedure, I will trust that. Being able to trust a provider is huge. All this to say, give the guy a raise and make sure he never leaves.

Dr. Michal P was well informed about my voice issue. He explained to problem and advised me on what remedies were available. He did the Restalyne injections at that time. My voice recovered almost immediately. Happy so far with the results.

The provider was attentive, thoughtful considerate and helpful.

He was excellent! Very friendly, remembered my name from a previous hospital stay, and readily and clearly explained questions I had about my voice that had stumped other doctors and voice specialists. He went over in detail what we were seeing on the scope, laid out possible future interventions, and even contacted my speech language pathologist the same day yo update her. I also received a video file of the scope in a timely manner. I felt like he gave me all the time I needed so I never felt rushed. I'm grateful!

Excellent provider!

The doctor was amazing, very thorough, very comprehensive, very patient, very knowledgeable and professional and kind.

After Dr P took the pictures and videos of my vocal cords, he took the time to explain everything that he was seeing and pointed out what the issue was. He then took time to explain the different treatment options for me. I was very comfortable throughout the whole process.

I would say that the provider is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Yes, [redacted] and [redacted] were wonderful phone front desk people who made sure that I got into the office and with all of the information necessary. Dr. P was extremely competent with a difficult question that I've been lingering with for three or four years. He has finally given me at least a glimpse of resolution. Yes, anytime you go in to that kind of appointment with something on your throat, a lesion, which you know is there, you're very full of anxiety. And Dr. P was very good in reassuring me that things would be okay. And anyway, he did a lot to take away my anxiety in the 10 days or so that I'm having to wait from when I had the first appointment to when the procedure will be. So that's a big plus.

Dr. P was superb. I had a procedure that was difficult for me. Dr. P was patient and helped me get through this. He listened to me, did not sit in front of the computer, treated me as an individual who had important things to say about my care, and did not rush through the visit. I feel very fortunate that he is involved in my care.

Dr Michael is a highly competent doctor. He looks at the whole person- he is willing to put in the time to do this- before he enters the room, he knows my history with other doctors, my prior labs, my whole chart. He does not have a siloed approach to medicine. One leaves the office feeling well-attended to. He is very impressive and a role model for other physicians to follow.

Dr. Plocienniczak is a gem. He is highly competent, patient, caring, and responsive to any concerns and questions noted. My mom had little to no ability to speak (due to vocal chord paralysis). Due to his treatments and monitoring of her progress, she has gained a good portion of her voice; what I appreciate especially is that Dr. Plocienniczak has always been mindful of her other health conditions and her age in charting out the best treatment course for her. Equally impressive is his coordination of requisite care with her other providers within MGH, his being up-to-date with her test results ordered by her other providers.

Dr P was so up to date on my healthcare history, this being my first appointment at The Voice Center. He was calm and descriptive throughout my scoping exam. Afterwards he clearly described what he saw and next steps. One of the best first meetings I have had in my medical care over the last 15 years

Dr. P was wonderful. It was my first time meeting him. He was very good manner, listed out my options very well, answered all my questions. I really appreciated him trying to schedule my procedure as soon as he could. And both of the women that helped me out at the front desk and in the back were great too. Excellent, really kind, very helpful. And yeah, everybody there was great.

Dr. Michal Plocienniczak and his entire team were Amazing! They were true champions; heroes! I went into the office without a voice, feeling of despair- Dr.Plocienniczak and his team of doctors and staff were able to not only give me my physical voice back, but give me hope and confidence that had been missing from my life for months. True Saints! The entire process was zero stress- from the moment [redacted] answered the phone setting up the appointment, to the day of the appointment being greeted immediately walking into the office with a friendly smile, and afterwards finishing up knowing all was better! Dr. [redacted] was so kind and generous with providing information throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor and ability to communicate effectively was evident of his years of dedication to the craft.

I was extremely satisfied with everybody in the office from the receptionist to the doctor. They spent time with me, treated me like a queen and we're extremely helpful.

One of the best doctors I have ever had. I was very happy with the appointment.

Very caring Dr. He knew everything about my lengthy history including Drs I've visited, medication I was taking and treatments I have and still are taking. It was clear that he took the time to read my medical history so we could have a detailed conversation. It was a pleasure to meet him, he made my wife and I feel comfortable and confident going forward with him.

Dr P seemed very knowledgeable and helpful in what he was planning to do with my vocal cord. He explained what would happen & about how long the procedure would last. He also talked about the original procedure that I had & said we could discuss both procedures in July. I felt pretty good about that.

It was great. It was, he was very, very knowledgeable, did the whole vocal cord inspection and yeah, he was very, very helpful, very thoughtful, very caring and gentle on my voice, which was very, very good for me as a singer. overall, I would be very, very likely to recommend him.
