He was So Calm, explained everything to me with Extreme Knowledge, I am Incredibly Lucky that my life will be in his hands. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Jaklitsch. I had been to the emergency room in April and told I needed an urgent surgical consult at MGH. I have lost hand function. They did not listen to me and would only schedule me for August. Dr. Jaklitsch's office listened, supported me, and got me an appt 2 weeks later. The appointment was smooth, efficient, and informed, and everyone was kind and respectful. I'm so glad I can get the care I need in time.

I felt like the doctor and the nurses took my concerns seriously at this location. They stood apart in their listening skills and attention to detail from other providers I have seen in the city. I'd be much more likely to enlist the services of Brigham and Women's for other problems in the future because of the care they showed.

Dr Jaklitsch is an incredible surgeon. He is courteous, kind, approachable, professional and above all an incredible human. He is what makes the Brigham the only place to receive care. We would travel the world to see Dr Jaklitsch, there are no words to fully describe this amazing surgeon with a demeanor like no other. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and a nursing administrator for 23 for a large multi specialty group and I have never witnessed such an amazing humanitarian and a highly professional and humble surgeon. He has cared for my husband for 3 years, performed a 9 hour surgery, cared for him 9 days post surgery, have had countless follow up visits and he stays true to to all I've said. I have recommended him to countless people and will continue to do so. May god keep him well so that he can continue to care for patients.
