I respect his intelligence!

Finally explained to me why I am experiencing the pain I am and how it affects my body. The explanation of how my body is responding to the stress on my nerves was shown on my film. The stenosis shows how much of my nerves were affected although still mild symptoms are not.

Dr. Bowley's offers every opportunity for open communication between the patient and physician. He "listens care fully", reacts as best he can to the issue presented, and openly reviews imaging and test results. Some further evaluations might relate to other specialists and their expertise. Dr. Bowley does not hesitate to leave that to the appropriate time, and refer as necessary.

I am [redacted] years old and he is the best doctor I have ever had. He always remembers my past visits and problems; he is calm and welcoming even when he is extremely busy. He provides helpful advice that I can actually apply to better my circumstance and he alleviates my fears and gives me hope. I feel he truly wants to help me and has the expertise to do so. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Dr M Bowley is one of the best doctors in that department, he was very professional and knowledgeable about my condition, explained my condition very clearly and made plan going forward with necessary MRI and possible PT. I'm so glad to finally see him, the wait was long but it was worth it.

Dr. Bowley is extremely thorough with his assessment of my condition. He spent lots of time with me conducting tests and listening to my explanation of my symptoms and concerns. He also ordered follow-up blood work and advised me on what to do at home regarding food and supplements to avoid. Also, I am to monitor my BP for several days and report the results through the portal. He is extremely personable; and I am very comfortable and relaxed during my visits with him and have every confidence in his opinions and his expertise in advising me with my neuropathy. Except for the travel from NH to MGH, it is always a positive experience to see him as my provider with regard to neuropathy.

He is an excellent provider. He listens, he's very kind, but he's also extremely knowledgeable.

When I called for an appointment, I was told that the first available was in June 2026 and the provider I requested was not available. Within a week I was contacted with an available appointment for the next day with the physician I had requested. On the day of my appointment, the department was very busy and one of the providers was not in. Despite that, Dr Bowley came out himself at my scheduled appointment time to call me in. He was very personable, listened and answered my questions. The appointment ran efficiently but I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend this provider.

He established a relationship with me, eye conact, a listner. And after gone thrue 6 Neuromuscular M.D in the past 5 years, Dr. Bowley is a 10. He assessed my symptoms/physically examined me biologically and not by algorythm age to assess symptoms, and treatment plan, I didn't feel I was on the MGH Assembly line.

Easy to talk to. Real concern for the patient. Discussed options. I feel very comfortable in his care.

This was a memorable visit. From the time I walked into the hospital. The information desk, the person who took my information, to Dr. Bowley. Down to earth. Easy to talk with. I cannot explain well, he was so just personable, knowledgeable and genuinely interested and easy to talk with and had a great sense of humor. He listened and engaged with me in the entire 1 hour and 20 minutes. All staff were cheerful, helpful and even though there was a lot of activity about. It gave me hope someone was so helpful.
