this was my first time visit and everyone Was kind ,caring and professional, I was very satisfied .

I think that Dr. Lin is an exceptional doctor. He was running behind but I don't blame him. He is very efficient, asks the appropriate questions and is able to answer all my questions without me feeling rushed

Dr. Michael Lin is a provider that I have been seeing for a few years; he has always been complete and thorough in my needs pertaining to my glaucoma diagnosis and my care. This most recent appointment provided experienced assistants with pre-visit testing, and his students with his expertise in my diagnostic results. He answered questions and determined follow up care and visits with knowledge.

Very knowledgeable, patiently explained things which he must have done for a 1000X++. It would be helpful to obtain an email of his office manager to follow up any questions one may have after the visit.

This care provider is always, whenever I go to see him, he's always very attentive and he takes his time and tries to explain to me what's going on, the good things and the things that I need to work on. He makes things very clear to me that he's not a miracle worker, but he's someone who's really trying to help me as a team. If I do what he's suggesting, then things should turn out fairly well for me. So he is without a doubt a very patient man and he seems to care. So that's my opinion of my care provider.

Dr lin is very personable and is very detailed on explaining everything to you so you can actually understand, I trust his opinion on my care. And when he speaks to you its eye to eye contact and a very gentle person.. He goes over everything before you leave ,meds etc n prints out how to take your drops in large print which helps me. Most satisfactory, except for the wait from a test to another. I am sure everyone does the best they can, and the care is superb, but I spent many minutes waiting, once the visit started. Still , the trust in my doctors and all the personnel is worth the wait.

As a physician, I flew to Mass Eye and Ear to see Dr. Michael Lin, who I was assigned. I had already had glaucoma surgery and macular pucker surgery and glaucoma eye drops. He gave a good prognosis, was thorough, and was able to discuss cogently the Pub Med articles and research I had done.He was the "icing on the cake". He had the expertise to say,"Your 'functional' eyesight for your life will be fine.That's what I heard, anyway.

But Dr. Lin was good, but he put me to another optometrist and a surgeon for my lids. I need to know more about what's going on because my eyesight has gone down instead of going up after surgery. He thinks he needs to see the optometrist. So that's why.

Very efficient testing and visit

Dr Michael Lin is tremendous. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He's a great listener. Always addresses any issues that I have. I feel like I'm in good hands with him. The doctor recommended I try eye drops that included Timolol, Dorazolamide combined with Timolol. And I mentioned that I had developed an allergy to Timolol, but he seemed to disregard that by not trying Dorazolamide alone.
