Dr Levy is a truly caring Dr there is no words he is always there for us

Dr. Levy has always had the greatest staff available assisting him.

He took his time to listen to my experience, and then provided a detailed explanation of his diagnosis along with other possible diagnoses, followed by a plan for further testing and a recommended medication to try for the condition. He presented his diagnosis with care and compassion, and he left time for my questions.

Dr. Levy was very kind and patient and extremely thorough. He showed me results of scan comparing them side by side so could see the changes. He explained what might be going on ( various causes) and also the tests that he was ordering and why. He made us seem very collaborative.

It is difficult to put in words how remarkable my experience with Dr. Levy has been during the last five years. I have an autoimmune disorder that has caused a lot of damage to my body. I had the fortune of meeting Dr. Levy and being under his care. He enrolled me in the experimental trial of Ravulizumab for NMOSD patients, which after four years ended with 100% success. During, and after the trial, Dr. Levy has been very attentive and responsive to all my symptoms and questions. I go every eight weeks to MGH for Ultomiris (Ravulizumab) infusions, and I have been free of relapses five years now. All of this had not been possible without Dr. Levy's help.
