I believe this was the first time I had met with Dr. Metzger, and the visit went very well. He was interested in my cardiac history, and we discussed it in detail. Very nice visit.

Dr Metzger is one of the finest Doctor's in my opinion.. He takes the extra time and effort to explain everything related to my current condition as well as past maladies. All of my inquiries are answered thoroughly and without hesitation.. I never feel rushed when I visit his office. That is refreshing and seldom found in todays medical profession. I wish there were more like him.

Well, it wasn't a bad experience. Everything went great. It wasn't much time wasted because I didn't have too many questions. Everything was okay.

I love dr Metzger ....he gets my sence of humor and was very encouraging and was very encouraging about my other health concerns and My forward progress!

Rather than a nurse, my information was taken and my EKG done by a 6th year Occupational Therapy PhD student working there as a medical assistant. Thus the questions I answered regarding a nurse should be applied to her. The young woman was excellent, both in her professionalism and her demeanor.

The doctor was great and my mother understood everything

Dr. Metzger understands how active I had been prior to my bypass in 2015. Although I can't do as much as before, I can still have some enjoyment in select activities. I feel comfortable knowing that he directs me toward being active and also in tune with what limits I now have.

The past month had been a stressful one for me with a new medical diagnosis. This provider took the time to explain things and answered all my questions.

Yes, I was greatly taken care of by the receptionist and the nurse, and especially the Dr. Metzger. He knew exactly what's been going on with my heart and everything. I asked questions about the pacemaker and everything, and certain things that happened, like laying down, I have problems breathing. You explain everything and I have a good report for a year, so I'm greatly appreciated for what they've done down at Wentworth Douglas Hospital. Thank you.
