I did not feel that the provider was very thorough in his examination or explanation. He made a diagnosis for me within the first one minute of my speaking. I feel that that was not adequate and I did not feel that he was a very good listener and not able to relate to my problem.

I appreciated that he got back to me with the results when he said he would and gave good follow-up suggestions.

the provider was excellent- Dr. Otremba reviewed my medical history, and took the time to examine that specific issue I was seen for. The Front desk staff had a hard time understanding my name and email upon the initial intake call. I had to repeat the letters of my name several times phonetically. I did receive the confirmation email however, she was rather short with the lack of understanding/time it took to exchange the correct information. My name is long, and i cant help that!

I felt that Dr. Otremba rushed through my appointment. I had many questions and I don't feel that I got complete answers. It seemed like he was trying to tell there was nothing more he could do for me. He suggested I see a psychiatrist to work on my issues with hyperacusis, but did not recommend one. I felt like I left unsatisfied, unlike my previous appointments with him.

Both the physician and audiologist were excellent. The major problem was that the office had cancelled my original appointment and it was challenging to reschedule it in a timely manner.
