I am. Very fortunate to be a patient of Dr Pfeffer. He always asks good questions and is through and attentive in his responses to my questions . I am confident about my treatment and feel that I am maintaining good progress.

The doctor was attentive and kind. I'm not sure if I saw a nurse or a M.A. The person who took me back to the exam room told me her first name but she did not have a badge visible. She took my vitals and asked some basic questions about falls, pain, and meds. I think all employees should have their employee badges visible at all times.

Dr. Pfeffer listened to all my concerns and was great in responding to all my questions in a way I could understand.

While the purpose of my visit(s) involved multiple steps, the care and treatment I received focused on the end result not just why I there that day.

I was able to see the hematologist Dr. Pfeffer on a cancellation list it was very difficult to get in and I was very happy to see him as I was just on the list to get in with someone as soon as possible as it was months before I could get in as a new patient.
