This is so far above the same experience I had at OCB that I followed Dr. Chang to MEEI. He is a wonderful doctor, and I am glad that there will be a location where I can see him in the future.

Dr. Chang explained each test and what could expect.

I travel a good distance to see this provider because of his excellence. He is highly knowledgeable,communicates well with both me and his staff, listens carefully and shows compassion. There is sometimes a wait to see him in the office, but when it's my turn he never rushes and gives me all the time I need. It is worth the travel to see Dr Chang.

This was my introductory visit with Dr. Chang and I left the office thoroughly impressed. The doctor was extremely focused on developing the best care plan for me. He was of course very knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel at all rushed. And he was so professional and kind. The provider was very knowledgeable and seemed nice but used medical terminology when speaking to me as if I knew what everything meant. [redacted] I feel this would be a good provider for someone with more medical issues but not for someone healthy who just needs a quick visit.
