I have seen alot of providers for this particular Healthcare issue and have been brushed off alot and spent years in agony. Dr. Mcgann is incredible. She really truly listened. She had empathy AND she has the skills to be able to help me. I feel so seen [redacted]. I broke down in tears in her exam room because I could just feel a weight being lifted off of me. She made an actual plan to help me and I just couldn't believe my ears. 10/10. Amazing doctor

I initially came from another provider where I had a terrible experience. I was nervous about seeing a new practice. From the first phone call the office was extremely accommodating and receptive to my concerns. Every staff member is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The nurses especially make you feel comfortable and answer any questions, no matter how small. The Doctor takes the time to listen, evaluate and explain multiple options so you are able to be your own advocate. They treat you as if they were talking to their own friend or family member. After years of feeling frustrated and fearful of some doctors offices, this office ensures me that I'm in good hands and they care.

I am extremely pleased to have found Dr. McGann! She is genuinely interested in my care, she is compassionate and she seems to be very familiar with my history. I feel very comfortable with her.

I liked her professional friendly manor. She did seem concerned/nervous about the type of pessery I had and did have trouble removing it. Sort of suggested that perhaps I might want another member of the practice for my next visit.

The day of my procedure was the first time I had met Dr. Melissa Mcgann. [redacted] She makes me feel heard. She's very knowledgeable, compassionate and so much more. I'm happy to have her as my doctor.

The entire office from check in to check out has been absolutely kind, considerate and supportive. You can tell they stand behind their doctor which speaks volumes and my experience so far has shown why. We need more doctors and offices like this one that shows people do still care about their patients and making sure they get the care they need!

Dr McGann was very patient and kind. I quickly felt comfortable talking with her, asking my questions and creating a plan together. She had a way of bringing calm to an unknown situation and I am appreciative to her.

Dr. McGann wasn't as open to Natural solutions and they are very important to me. I don't want to just take drugs and have surgery. I do need to learn more about my conditions, other than just research myself.
