Dr. Haines was lovely, friendly, supportive, very aware of what was going on, and very concerned with what she could do to help me. Thank you.

Dr Haines was terrific and representative of another World Class interaction that I have had the fortune to experience. Dr Haines is very knowledgeable, covers lots information in an understandable manner, was patient with my questions and comments, delightful to speak to, followed up with NOTES int he portal for other doctors to see/review and frankly, the experience was better than I was anticipating.

I moved out of state and attempted care with a different provider in the NYC area but made the decision to transfer my care back to the Neuroendocrine clinic at MGH as I did not feel the care I was receiving by my new provider was nearly at the level of the care I received at MGH. Travelling up to Boston is worth it to be seen by the Neuroendocrine team. Even though I hadn't been in the office in 3 years, the clerks, nurses, and providers were all welcome and a few even remembered me and asked how I have been. It felt like a homecoming of sorts. I am so glad to have transferred by care back to this team.

She was great! From the start of the appointment to the end, she was very nice. We thoroughly talked about my medical history in depth, and any questions I might have had were answered. Any concerns I had were heard and was just overall a comforting experience.

It is rare to find an endocrinologist who knows deeply about adrenal insufficiency and arms the patient with knowledge to take care of themselves with this challenging condition. Dr. Haines spent an hour with me answering all my questions with regard to my lifestyle and other illnesses. I am so so thankful to have finally found a good provider after having this condition for over and year and a half

This was the initial visit to find reasons for my recent tiredness, aimed at finding any connections between my cancer medications, blood work and other data that may be in conflict. Speifically my low cortisol results are concerning & changest to prednisone doses are being explored.

Dr. Haines is professional but friendly, remembers personal details about me not in Epic, even though I usually just see her 1x/year. She is the best!
