I spent a good amount of time entering my medication's and conditions prior to my appointment, as allowed in the online portal. I was instructed that none of this information transferred, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

Dr. Greenman was very personable. She listened and was attentive. She asked a lot of questions. She described what she was thinking and she gave many options.

She cares about her patients and is willing to answer questions (a bit rare these days).

I felt very well cared for and not rushed (stark contrast to the Gyn checkup I'd last had, which was not a good experience)--and appreciated the time and care and interest this provider took with me. She was warm, asked useful questions and worked with me to think about medication and more.

This was one of the best medical appointments that I have ever had. I felt very listened to and comfortable and any procedures that were done were done so gently and carefully. So I left feeling really excellent.

Overall, the care was fine. I would say that I would have appreciated more explanation that the provider wasn't going to be providing a catheter during an incision. They had said that they haven't had much luck with that, but they didn't tell me that that meant they weren't going to do that. And also I would have appreciated, mostly because it had happened with a different provider, that they had given me wipe to use to clean up after the procedure was done.

Dr. Greenman is a wonderful provider. She is compassionate and calm and comforting. It feels like she takes a lot of time to explain things and that she cares about her patients and she is good natured and never seems to be harried or irritated with her patients.

I think Dr.Greenman is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is kind, polite, understanding, sympathetic, a great listener, etc. I could go on and on. Definitely the best person to handle what I've been going through.
