Dr. Zhao is an extremely competent professional who had great knowledge of my background and my imaging. She was responsive and helpful with my questions and she offered me great resources and treatment plans. She is awesome!

I was pleased with my Virtual visit with Dr. Zhao. She was very knowledgeable, and the follow up to schedule a MRI was the morning after the Xray. Subsequent to the MRI, I will be seeing Dr. Zhao in the office.

She demonstrated that she was very aware of the fact that I was suffering from pains in the right leg due to spasms in the muscles that I was without any help from. She validated the seriousness of my condition and my experience in a way that was both ethical and professional.

During my appointment with Dr. Zhao, she was attentive and listened and made sure that she understood what I was saying, especially in reference to the imaging and other test results I had brought with me for her to look at. And I felt that she took what I said and really carefully considered it. And I really appreciated that as I came to see her about a persistent health issue that others have not been able to help me with or shed light on.

Dr. Zhao is exceptionally well trained and knowledgeable about PM&R but neurology as well. This allowed her to organize and summarize my HPI and elements of my work up and treatments over the past ~ 10 weeks expertly and comprehensively. Most important to me, was her review of the results from the EMG and NCT, which had not happened. She could give me an idea of what to expect going forward. She reviewed, with me the results of the imaging studies I had. Her care, while narrowly focused, felt more comprehensive care. It's hard to describe, but it was like I had a quarterback for my original Chief Complaint. Dr Zhao is an OUTSTANDING PHYSICIAN with a deep and broad background in Neurology and PMR, very reassuring. She is caring, empathetic, knowledgeable and warm. Someone in whom I could have faith and trust. Not sure residents and fellows are getting such comprehensive training or mentoring. My good fortune to have been scheduled with Dr. Zhao.

She was very helpful and her physical exam of my pain was very thorough. The only thing is I have received my x-ray results and haven't heard back from her as far as I can tell. I should check patient gateway, but that's the only issue that I have.

Dr Zhao is careful, thorough and thoughtful in making a diagnosis and recommending treatment. She relates well to patients---on my recommendation she saw my son and persuaded him to have his long overdue hip replacements.

Dr. Zhao has always been always there for me when I needed to speak to her concerning any problem I might have had and she's always been very quick and helpful getting me in for MRIs or scans or anything and figuring out exactly what was going on with me. So I really appreciated that.
