She listened to everything I had to say. She took that information and made it seem barely important and got me the results I needed, which was an exam. So I'm on the right track and that exam has been scheduled and I appreciate everything she did for me.

Hello. The person in the front desk has a very short attention, very short span with me. I didn't appreciate that. And she didn't seem very friendly. The person that I keep on calling and I make appointments with, stuff like that, she seemed to like be short with me. That's the only thing. Maybe they need to get somebody else to answer their phones. She didn't want to spend too much time with me on the phone. I didn't really appreciate being treated that way. Thank you.
