This provider was very accommodating and friendly, and she knew exactly what my situation was. I went for a second opinion on a nuclear magnetic resonance stress test that was done in Naples, Florida, and I was concerned that they were being overly assertive about needing a catheterization on a very small, potential of a blockage. And she said, before you do that, I would recommend that you have an ultrasound of the area. And she said, unless you have symptoms, which you haven't had, you didn't have any during the stress test, she said, I would recommend you don't have the catheterization until you do get symptoms. And then she said you should do it at that point. I thought that was reasonable.

She is a terrific doctor.

She was delightful to talk to, very professional. She was the most thorough of any doctor I have ever seen. And she was really knowledgeable and helped me understand more about my condition.

Dr. Meena Sundaram is the gold standard of doctors. She listens carefully. She is well-informed. She's thoughtful. She's got a great bedside manner. Huge quality in a doctor. And she's willing to try different things in a thoughtful way. So I feel very well taken care of by her. And I wouldn't go to anyone else, honestly. certainly refer anyone else to her or recommend. So she's the best there is.

Dr. Meena Sundaram is a "teaching doc". What I mean by that is she explains what she is doing and why. I appreciate that. She listens to what I say and answers all my questions. Plus her office is convenient and I don't have to look for someone to drive me.....she is always on time and is generous with her time during the visit. Knowing there is a general cardiology number I can also call is helpful.
