This was a new doctor and I was comfortable and happy with the experience.

Dr. Rapolu was familiar with my case and asked how I was doing. We went over my medications and caught up on two referrals she set up for me. We will see each other in a year if not sooner.

She was very thorough, going over some extra time, I guess. I had a lot of questions and she made sure, you know, I had all my answers I was asking for and she was very good. She did a good job I guess. You know, with the information she had and she was fine. The whole staff, even the people checking in, everybody was very polite. I mean, it was a good experience, probably not because I wouldn't be there if I was in good health. But anyway, they're all good and fine. Thank you.

Hi, yes, my experience with Dr. Rapolu was somewhat... I was there for my annual physical. Everything that's supposed to be completed for annual physical wasn't done as far as I know. I didn't get my ears checked, my nose, my throat. She did do breathing, she did do a pap smear. [redacted]. I just felt like it wasn't a thorough exam after I had left. So I just was somewhat satisfied.

She was excellent. She listened very carefully and was very caring .

I did not have a good experience with this provider. She was difficult to understand and I felt like she was rushing the whole visit. [redacted] She did not request additional testing and when confronted with this issue did not appear to apologetic.

I was there for a physical for the first time since 2019, and it was the most unphysical physical I've ever had. She only listened to my heartbeat and chest, whatever. I don't know. It just wasn't a very good physical, I don't think. Like I said, I never left my wheelchair. I never get up on a table. It wasn't a physical physical to me. She literally just talked to me. This is a message to let you know that Dr. Rapolu is the most patient, kind, and caring physician. She covered everything in such detail and I just feel so blessed that I have found her as my provider. I feel like this clinic is not bad but should really work on greeting your patients with more care and helping them feel comfortable just with smile instead of not even looking them in the eye when discussing what's going on

My doctor is a very compassionate person. She took her time to exam me and to talk to me. She took her time to listen to me and to answer all my questions. She is the best doctor ever.

Dr. Rapolu is a great doctor. In 2025 it's hard not to feel rushed at your appointments. That said, Dr. Rapolu was attentive to me in the short time she allotted to me and I felt like we had an efficient meeting.
