She did not review my chart before I saw her so was not familiar with my history - I understand providers are in a rush and might not have time to do a detailed chart review for every patient, however, when I was with her in the visit, I sort of felt like [redacted] she wasn't listening to me.

When I see the doctor, they never go follow up with me. It's how is my symptom and how is my result. This is what I always think about MGH. It's very not trust. Because when I see the doctor, it's a different doctor. And the doctor never go call me and update with my itch. So that's why I have to see three different doctor and never get result, never get solved my problem. I just don't want it, don't like it.

This dermatology office at MGH is the absolute best that I've ever been to and this appointment did not disappoint me. The doc and the staff, everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly and supportive and I can't say enough about good things about them.

I have had a lot of skin problems with my face for three years. [redacted] Dr. Lorenzo diagnosed me with rosacea three years ago for the second time and I believe I have two problems on my face. She has stayed by side to get me through this and she provides total body skin checks for cancer for me to help with my P53 gene problem. I have been seeing her for about 17 years and I can't begin to tell you how much I rely on her as my dermatologist to find cancer on my skin. Dr. Lorenzo is a an extremely high value doctor at MGH.

Dr. Lorenzo and her staff were exceptional! I was the last patient of the day and they did not rush me, took plenty of time to complete my operation even though the reception desk had closed, and they had had a very busy day. I am very thankful that I had Dr. Lorenzo and her staff operating on me. Also my stitches.... Definitely look professional.

I really like Dr. Lorenzo. She's smart and very nice, and she listens well so her communications are generally right on target. I know doctors are under huge time constraints these days, but I hate feeling like I have to hurry up and ask my questions before the time is up or worse, I'll forget something on my list. Dr. Lorenzo keeps this time pressure mostly under control, but it's clearly present. It's unfair what MGH expects from their very overworked physicians.
