While respectful and responsive, had an aloof bedside manner and seemed a bit under pressure or his face was stern. If I was not a confident person, I might have felt intimidated. Likely just his natural state but considering I experienced minor hearing loss I was looking for a more caring approach.

My situation was not a complicated one however I felt very comfortable with what Dr. Russell had to say and his thorough exam.

Dr. Russell was very well informed, good-natured. He spent a lot of time discussing my situation and options with me, ordered some imaging and plans to follow up. So I think he did a good job. He said if I did need to have a surgical procedure in the end, in my particular case, he would refer me to a colleague. That was my only concern.

The provider was extremely curious about my issues. He shared my case with other colleagues. They all concluded the same thing. He was extremely thorough, personable, comfortable speaking with him. He was excellent.

Doctor was awesome. The nurse, front desk were very pleasant and made me feel great.

He took time to find out what my concerns were and addressed them so I could understand what was happening.

I was greeted with great reception from the receptionist. I was taken right away. I don't know if it was a nurse or an assistant, but they sat me down and said everything was going to be okay. And in a reasonable time, the doctor was in and he took care of my problem. And I would say it's an absolute 10 on everything that went on that day. So I would highly recommend this place to go to. The doctor was very good at explaining my condition. I saw him prior to my hearing test and he made himself available again after the test to discuss the results. He recommended a treatment plan that he thought would improve my condition and said to follow for a month. He then scheduled a follow up in a month to see if it was working and if not, explained the next course of action. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

Hi, so I've only seen this provider one time and I think we had a great experience. I think he is definitely a great doctor. I can't really judge on my experience as much because I've only been there once, but the one time that we did go there, it was an amazing experience. I'm hoping to work further with this doctor and we can go from there, but yeah, basing off my one experience that I've been there, I think it's been great. And I appreciate, and I like this doctor. So, we'll see how it goes, but yeah, so, so far it's been like a 10. But like I said, I've only been there once, so I did rate it as a seven because of my only one time. But I do see the provider as a 10. We'll see, you know, as we work further, how that goes. But yeah, that's the only reason why I rated the seven.
