It was a good process

The doctor saw me very quickly after I got there. He spent a lot of time with me. He listened to everything I said. At the end of the appointment, I remembered something that I forgot to tell him. He did not rush me out the door. He sat patiently and listened to what I had to say and acknowledged it and made me feel heard. And he was just a super, super nice guy.

Excellent doctor

Dr Gordon Clearly explained my options and in a a readily understandable manner for the near term and for the coming year or two. Otherwise very easy to talk to and openly receptive to my questions and concerns.

Dr. Gordon was friendly but direct & "to the point" which I found to be helpful. He also highlighted the positive aspects of my upcoming care needs since I need a total hip revision. Dr. Gordon explained that he will blend the various technologies (my prosthesis is 25 years old and failing) and expressed his experience in doing so. Dr. Gordon even explained his knowledge of my former care team & providers at TUFTS from the past which I found fun/interesting as well as comforting at the same time. I've only met Dr. Gordon once, but my experience thus far is that the doctor seems very focused, aware, caring and knowledgeable. I'm quite glad Dr. Gordon is now involved in my care since I'll soon be scheduling a surgery which seems to be more intricate and complex than the typical total hip replacement. Thank you all!

The entire experience was excellent- I was very nervous going in for surgery but the entire team put me at ease with professionalism and empathy. I wouldn't go so far as to say I enjoyed the experience but I can't imagine it going any better than it did.

Dr Gordon is an excellent Doctor easy to talk to explain what the problem is that you're having very understanding

I found Dr Gordon to be knowledgeable and thorough. He explained my condition and it's ramifications going down the line if my situation isn't corrected. Dr Gordon took the time to show me the X-rays and explain the difference between my right and left knee and the need to get it done. I trust all my Dr at BWH and Dr Gordon is no different.
