A first visit, the provider gave me a thorough description of what was yet to come.

During my first visit with Dr. Crowson he recommended PT, his recommendation for PT was the best thing. I had seen another doctor prior and did not recommended PT, but recommended seeing Dr. Crowson, I am glad he did and after PT I have improved. My daughter is a doctor, she made the visits with me and she was pleased with both visits with Dr. Crowson.

I didn't see a provider. I was there for a VNG testing only. The tech or nurse that performed the test was very nice and explained the procedure. I was very aware what was happening and what was next.

Smooth

Dr Crowson is the FIRST provider who listened to me and acknowledge my issues post chemo and that the chemo drug was probably related to my vestibular issues. All others including a neurologist and oncologist dismissed my issues.

Had two different providers for three different tests both Very polite, nice made me feel comfortable . I assume knew what they were doing - first time at this location and having these tests.

Crowson was the technician that worked with me. He was very kind, very reassuring, and took great pain to explain everything that was going on. I was very, very satisfied. He is a fine gentleman, and it's such a pleasure to be with him. Thank you.

My visit was a test. The person running the test introduced himself, bit I have no idea what his status is, a nurse or technician, whatever it is he was very kind, attentive, and patient. He explained everything in easily understood language. Realized how nervous I was and walked me through every test.

Dr Crowson is wonderful! He listens, explains things in a way that makes sense, he takes the time needed with me to ensure we've discussed my needs and that I understand things. Unlike some providers I've had in the past, Dr Crowson really empathizes and understands the challenges and frustrations with living with vertigo and vestibular migraines, and he seeks solutions that will help me feel good and able to be productive and enjoy life!

Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. The only thing that I wish had been communicated is that eyelashes can get in the way of the scan and there seemed to be nothing to remedy this. I feel like they need some of the tools optometry uses to keep people's eyes open. I would have brought an eyelash curler or something

The whole experience went as well as expected. The procedures were explained in an approachable manner. My comfort level was taken into account.

Superb listener with up to date information and a strong ability to explain diagnosis, possibilities and next steps. Write up following visit was even more thorough so I'm left with a good understanding of my condition. Very happy to have Dr Crowson on my team!

It was a vestibular test. It did not need questions about medication. That is why I said no. There were no other options. The provider of the test was very efficient and helpful through the whole test.

I feel he should have gone "on lead" ie taken more charge of the visit. He had me update him on how I was doing, but offered no further advice or prognostication as to how this will play out. I found him too passive and reticent.

Dr. Crowson has worked with me for years and was able to diagnose my vestibule migraines and provide appropriate medication to control. Very satisfied. I had seen several care providers before seeing Dr. Crowson, he was the only one that correctly diagnosed me.

Very compassionate and wasn't in a rush like some doctors

Dr. Crowson was engaged thorough and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to everything I said and was open to my thoughts. Very good experience. John, the vestibular rehab testing technician was also fabulous! It's a pretty scary and unnerving thing when you were trying to be made dizzy in an isolated chamber strapped in and unable to move your head nor body. He talked to me throughout and was very knowledgeable about what we were doing and reassuring. I was grateful.

In all my meetings with Dr. Crowson he appears to be well informed on the latest research and he always has good suggestions about how to target specific issues. He has consistently made referrals to adjunct treatment that has been very helpful - where some of my other doctors have failed to do. He is also quite reassuring that if symptoms worsen I can reach out to him for help. He is an excellent doctor and I'm fortunate to have him in my team.

He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a way I will understand.

He was pleasant and probably knowledgeable but never gave me a better understanding of the possible causes for my condition or what he thought was the mostly likely cause for my personal condition.

Dr. Crowson listened carefully to what I had to say. And he said my condition was treatable with combinations of lifestyle changes, vitamins, and medications. He gave me hope.

Dr Crowson talks too fast, always looking at computer monitors while I was talking!!! I have see this provider previously, he seems to have a cookie cutter treatment plan with supplements!!! I believe my imbalance is ear related, have had swishing in L ear!!! Very disappointed with care plan

The provider was very professional but I am concerned that he started me on 2 different medications and wants to follow up with me in one year. This seems like a very long time to evaluate the effectiveness of the medications.
