Matthew D Robertson, MD

Dr. Robertson is my favorite doctor. He always listens to me. I feel heard - even though my ideas may not always be correct! Then Dr. Robertson explains his thinking & possible explanations. He gives me a couple options and together we decide what steps to take. He always schedules a follow-up appointment to go over any test results. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Robertson's medical knowledge. I always feel better after talking with him. This may sound like a little thing but it's not. Dr. Robertson is the only medical professional that walks me out of the office & talks to the staff about any tests that need scheduling, follow-up visits, etc. Yes, it's very polite but it's also another indicator of how much he cares about and respects his patients - as people.

We had good talks about a few ailments. I am satisfied with all of his answers.

The doctor had obviously thoroughly red my chart and was up-to-date and well prepared. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. It was a great visit and we left feeling very confident and comfortable with the treatment and decisions we made. GREAT VISIT!!!

I felt comfortable with the interaction and that he had the experience to fix me up. Because of the necessary tests to be conducted I was not left with 100% thoughts that a solution is achievable. Having lived with this condition since 2014. I believe with Dr Robertson and MGB my odds are better than the last 12 years.

He was, Dr. Robertson was very thorough with me and he listened to me and he was compassionate and he was trying to come up with solutions and he ordered the CAT scan.

I felt as though he was very concerned with my thought on how I would like to proceed with my treatment . He was informative and made sure I understood and agreed on the next steps to my care. I felt supported which lead to reducing my anxiety on my health.
