I'm a patient, not a customer. Punctuality & courtesy are relatively unimportant compared how good my doctor is at helping me medically. Ask me about that. Asking if the provider explained things in a way that was easy to understand is for me infantilizing and insulting.

I have been seeing Dr Montgomery for several years and I would not want to see anyone else. Not only is she technically outstanding she knows how to practice the humane side of medicine. She deals extremely well either my wife and eases her concerns,

Dr Montgomery is knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything in my tests and scans. She always follows up immediately after tests or my inquiries. Knowing I can contact her gives me a sense of security .
