Dr. Manning greeted me in the waiting area by name and a genuine smile. We then walked into her office. She asked me about any concerns I have and we discussed a couple of issues. I did say I have one concern I.e. coughing in the morning from the lower throat, upper chest area while still in bed.. She said do you have a cat and/or a down puff. I have both, she immediately answered yes and she suggested a prescription of a nasal spray. I got the spray and Now the coughing is gone. I use the spray just before bed each night. Dr. Manning is caring and so knowledgeable. This is just one example of resolving any issues I have had, that have been resolved due to her wisdom and knowledge as she listens.

I have been a patient of Dr Manning for 30+ years, and she is the best! She is always gracious, caring and has my best interests at heart. I know I can trust her completely.

Dr Manning s office is extremely busy however when you are with her you feel like the only patient she has. She is very thorough , gives you her full attention, has read your record , refers to past conversations. I work in a hospital thus could get my care at my job, however it is well worth driving through traffic to see Dr.Manning.

Dr Manning listened carefully to my concerns and responded as needed. She is an excellent and caring physician.

Mary Manning is a great doctor . It's tragic that there aren't more Dr Mannings for the 1000's of people that do not have a PCP because there are not nearly enough of them. Dr Manning is knowledgeable, friendly. and explains medical issues in a way a lay Person, such as I, can understand. I always look forward to my visits with her. She is always positive and encouraging. Her own personal happiness shines thru and puts me at ease. She is a "real person". Never condescending and always has a plan.

I think of Dr manning as the orchestra conductor who leads all "sections" so that is a harmonious whole when it comes to my health care. She has delivered incredible value to me and is a credit to Mass General.

When I see Dr. Manning, when I go in the office, I tell her right away what's bothering me, what I'm having problems with. Then next I tell her any pills I need. And that's about all. She's very positive. She listens, she gives advice. And I've had her for years and years and years and I wouldn't, want anyone else because she's so attentive. Thank you.

Dr. Manning is a wonderful provider. She is caring and thoughtful and extremely intelligent and always goes the extra mile for her patients. And for myself, she's wonderful. I think her office is the best at Mass General.

Dr Manning has always been attentive and thoughtful. I firmly believe she saved my life when she sent me for an ultrasound on my carotid artery when she wasn't happy what she felt and heard on my left artery during an annual checkup. If it wasn't for Dr manning I would have surly suffered a stroke.
