So this is one of your best physicians in the system for MGB. She's extraordinary and I would recommend that MGB do everything possible to keep her because she is clearly an extraordinary physician. Having said that, I realize from my experience with MGB that primary care in general does not receive, in my opinion, the respect from the organization that specialty departments do and that's unfortunate because this individual is truly outstanding.

My experience seeing Doctor Arbour was excellent. Dr. Arbour always listens intently to me and my health concerns. Dr. Arbour goes over my test results with me so that I understand the results. I never feel rushed and I am treated with respect. Dr. Arbour always gets back to me promptly if I have a concern or a question. I am very pleased with Dr. Arbour and the great care she gives to me. Dr. Arbour is an excellent doctor!

She approached me with respect and walked me to the exam room and immediately explained the new changes when documenting my notes. She asked at the end of the visit if I had any other concerns or questions. Everything went well!
