This povider immediatey began the procedure which is the first stage in solving my medical problem and explained to me the next step. Exemplary. Clarifying and reassuring. Meticulous. With just the right and most appropriate sense of humor.

I think the doctor is qualified and certainly an expert in the area that we discussed, but he was very technical and not very optimistic and also not very sympathetic towards the mental or emotional side of the disease and what I was feeling. Felt a little bit dismissed. and sent away without really much action items or plan.

Due to the length of my travel it was difficult to schedule an appointment with my having to reschedule on occasion. Once my dates were confirmed, the timing of my appointment was great.

I was very nervous when I arrived. Both the nurse and doctor put me at ease. They explained everything that was about to happen and answered all of my questions. I was fair more relaxed and confident about my personal health when I left. Excellent experience.

I find that the medical assistants in urology alwsys check blood pressure thru rather than the bare arm. This suggests they are taught this way by the hospital. I usually insist on removing my shirt. It makes one wonder if attention to detail for this is lacking, is attention to detail of other quality issues is present
