The doctor skipped most of the medical terms and explained things in very understandable terms. I was impressed she knew my medical history and looked at particular issues that would be relevant for the planned laser surgery. She showed concern for the distance I was traveling to the Newton-Wellesley hospital and suggested a closer location to me for upcoming tests I need before the surgery. I felt very comfortable and knew I could trust that doctor to do my laser surgery.

I had a difficult time post-procedure, and everyone in the office, including Dr. Dyer, were very thoughtful and caring--even staying longer with me than might have otherwise been necessary as I recovered from fainting.

It was a telephone call appointment and it went perfectly well. The Dr. was fully prepared and answered all my questions in addition to giving me additional information concerning my issues. I felt very comfortable with this appointment. Follow-up office visit and testing was recommended for one year which I am going to do. I found Dr. Dyer to be a wonderful physician to work with going forward.

It was a virtual visit at the hospital and the staff rook care of the technological aspect. Dr. Dyer knew instantly how to care for my needs.

She works closely with my infectious disease Dr., which is reassuring as they are part of my care team. She scheduled the cystoscopy very quickly after seeing me which is also reassuring that she is trying to get to the bottom of my recalcitrant UTI.
