DR CHRISTOV WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT MY MEDICAL SITUATION AND FURTHER TESTING

As this was my 1st visit and it was virtual I was a bit anxious. As soon as Dr Christov came on, I was at ease. She used my name, knew why I needed an appointment and who referred me to her. She then went over my medical history and current condition very thoroughly!

Dr Christov explained in depth my recent blood work results, displaying charts and graphs in a very efficient manner. She was well prepared for this visit. Her demeanor was comforting and impressive! Hats off!!

This was my first face to face visit with the doctor, prior was a zoom She seemed to know about our prior zoom appt. She was knowledgable about my other visit with my urologist who is not a MGB provider. Happy to have finally had a face to face visit. Not a fan of the stand up computer, rather have more of a face to face visit then one waiting for typing

I learned more about my anemia's possible causes from Dr. Christov than from any doctor I've ever spoken to.

The question on the survey, the first two questions, I answered inaccurately. I was expecting one to be yes and two to be no. You had a one, two, three setup. So both of the answers to the first two questions should be threes, period. I was very happy with the provider and the insight that she provided. Thank you.

Dr Christov was very helpful when my mom first got diagnosed and referred. She helped us get on the right meds and checked blood often initially. We were just following with her yearly to this point as her issue was under control. My mom is elderly so we will just use her primary care doctor now and return if there is more problems. We are very thankful for Dr Christov's help but recently there is not a to. To do for my mom. [redacted]

The doctor was really nice and explained things in a way I could understand. The nurse Barbara was Awesome to me. I was telling her that I couldn't find a new PCP and she told me she would send me a list by the end of the day and by the time I got home and saw my patient Gateway. It was all there for me waiting with new doctors and I appreciate it that so so much cause I've been lookingforever to find one.

Dr. Christov was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was very attentive to my concerns and very thorough with her explanations. I highly recommend her!

Hi, Dr. Christov is my new nephrologist since Dr. [redacted] left the office practice. I had seen Dr. [redacted] for many years. Dr. Christov started right where Dr. [redacted] left off. I liked her immediately and felt comfortable in her care. Dr. Christov is easy to talk to and even though I was nervous about seeing someone new, she put me right at ease. I've seen her twice now and we have a good rapport. I'm comfortable asking her questions and receiving her advice and support.

She is an unbelievable doctor that takes great pride in her work and she is very intelligent. I am so fortunate to have her for my doctor.

Dr. Christov is very open to a patient-doctor partnership where we work together to find the best solution to my kidney problems. And she's very open to input and suggestions.

Provider had never seen me before, as this was my first visit. I do not believe she would necessarily know my previous medical history. She was thorough, spent 1.25 hours with me. The office helped me to schedule a follow up procedure I need. She ordered blood tests, too. She was respectful, and a careful listener. All in all, I felt that I was in good hands as I left the office.
