Marshall Katzen, MD

Dr. Katzen is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. Despite or perhaps because of this it seemed like he had already made his mind up about my issues and disregarded what little I had to say. I understand he is very intelligent and a good doctor but I left the appointment feeling like I was neither heard nor respected.

It would really be nice if you could call and ask follow up questions , with the doctor who treats you . Many years ago I think this was a common practice now I believe it's not obtainable.
